Returns Policy
We maintain a no-return policy except in cases where an incorrect item was sent in your order. To ensure a smooth resolution, the following conditions must be met:

Unopened & Undamaged Condition: The item must remain unopened, unused, and in its original condition with all seals intact. Any tampered, opened, or damaged items will not be accepted for return.

Notification Requirement: You must contact our support team at BRG@noir48-luxe.com within 7 days of receiving your order to report an incorrect item.

Return Authorization: Do not send back any items without prior authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
